Interspecific Interactions
Interspecific interactions is when another species interacts with a completely different species. If the other species is prey for the moon jellyfish, they will sting them and eat them. If a predator tries to attack or eat the jellyfish, it will use its singers to try to paralyze its predator. Sometimes if nothing is attacking the jellyfish or it doesn’t sense prey, it won’t interact with it at all. For example a human, it will most probably just mind its own business unless if it feels the human is trying to attack it.
