General Characteristics
The moon jellyfish's is transparent. However since it is transparent you can see the distinct horseshoe like shape on the top of the jelly. Most jellyfish don't have that. This is what makes the Moon Jellyfish different from any other jellyfish in the sea. They don't move very much. The way that the Moon Jelly moves is it floats with the ocean current. Their size varies. The range is from 5-40 centimeters in diameter.
